We are glad to invite you to our private cooking courses, a special moment to talk about food, go on excursions, have fun and in the end enjoy the dinner you prepared, in front of the fireplace!
Have you ever tried to cook Italian food? Would you like to learn how to make Lasagne and have two relaxing days off?
We are glad to offer cooking courses for beginners, advanced or anyone who simply loves preparing and tasting Italian recipes.
Prepare your favourite dish with the assistance of local chefs in the kitchen of our family-run hotel in the Alps. Later, relax and enjoy what you cooked, dining together in front of the fireplace.
You can participate in small groups and the local chefs will share their techniques, special tips and old family recipes.
The timetable is flexible: you can suggest what you would like to cook and have some free time to visit in the surroundings.
We will do our best to make this experience exactly the way you like it.
One-day experience
At the time of booking, we will decide what to cook together: appetizers, main courses and desserts.
In the evening you will relax in front of the fireplace and taste everything you have prepared.
We will start cooking in the afternoon, preparing different types of pasta, like ravioli, tagliatelle or whatever you like.
The cost is 90 euro per person, including dinner (but not drinks).
We can organize also a transfer from the city and drive you back in the evening, if you prefer to have just an afternoon experience.
Two-day experience
After the one-day experience you will spend the night at the hotel.
The second day, after breakfast, we will move to visit a vineyard or a cheese farm in a town nearby.
We will start cooking in the afternoon, once we are back at the hotel, preparing different recipes to enjoy together at dinnertime.
The third day you'll have breakfast and then it will be already time to say goodbye.
The cost is 250 euro per person, including excursions, dinners and b&b formula at the hotel.
Drinks and transfer from our hotel to the excursion places are not included, but available on request.
